Strategy Consultation

Discovery call, research & audit, and review call.

A 3-part consultation with our two Managing Partners. The discovery call establishes your primary and secondary concerns as well as your business, brand and market. Our team will then audit your brand’s current market position to determine opportunities or threats based on your areas of concern. Lastly we’ll review our findings and recommendations in a final call. Depending on the scope, the consultation can take 2-4 weeks to complete.

Advisory Retainer

Ongoing monthly or quarterly questions and review.

A regular interval version of our Advisory Call service were we have a follow-up advisory call scheduled either monthly or quarterly. You get clear feedback on a consistent pace to continue to evolve your brand and your business.
